In Act II, Gertrude continues with her attitude towards Hamlet. She orders Hamlets friends to visit him at Elsinore to check on him and see if he is behaving. I believe that Gertrude should not be this intrusive. Also, Gertrude and the King talk to Polonius, they all agree that Hamlet spent too much time with Ophelia and that something must be done.
