Compare Mel Gibson and Kenneth Branagh.
Gibson's scene takes place in small room with only Gertrude, Claudius, and Hamlet while Branagh's takes place in a large auditorium. Branagh believes that the King wishes to embarrass Hamlet, while Gibson believes the king does not care as much. In both scenes, there was a triangle of all three characters. Lastly, the clothing and tones are different. Gibsons is more casual while Branagh's is very formal.
